With a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, vast international experience in the hospitality industry, and a background as the owner/operator of a successful flooring store, Julia’s skillsets are definitely ahead of the game. She’s fluent in Russian and English, and has mounting experience working with people from all walks of life.

Spending ample time in industries directly related to disseminating and nurturing the needs of others, Julia is able to harness her experience and abilities to ensure her clients are always well taken care of. Best known as a hardworking and tenacious problem solver with a knack for listening to and prioritizing needs, Julia dedicates herself to going above and beyond for her clients. She is driven by the experience her skillsets and inherent qualities allow her to provide for others, and she feels privileged to be able to guide them through one of the biggest decisions of their lives.
