Chris O’Docharty brings a unique blend of advertising and real estate expertise to Corcoran Prestige Realty. Having grown up in Venezuela before moving to Houston, Chris graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a BS in Advertising and a business minor. His journey in real estate began in 2020, leading to a full-time position at Greenwood King Properties before joining Corcoran in May 2024.

Chris is known for being friendly, competitive, and curious. His passion for helping people and solving problems drives him professionally. He finds great fulfillment in being part of one of the biggest decisions in people’s lives – purchasing a home. This dedication to making a difference is a cornerstone of his work ethic.

When not working, Chris enjoys spending time with his two children, exploring new restaurants, and occasionally traveling. He also loves cooking at home with a glass of wine, playing golf, and keeping fit through jogging and workouts. A devoted University of Texas at Austin alumnus, he enjoys staying connected to his alma mater.
